L'Auberge des Isles

For 10 years, L'Auberge des Isles has been offering cuisine featuring local and organic produce from regional producers.

The menu evolves regularly, reflecting seasonality and availability, and has been praised by the Gault et Millau guides (12/20) and Le Petit Futé.


Today, after a fire and a year-long closure, L'Auberge des Isles is breathing new life into the bistro spirit, making the establishment even more welcoming and accessible. A €35 set menu, dishes to share, and weekday lunch specials at €19 and €22 continue to feature on a richer and more generous menu.


As for wines, the wine list, awarded by Gault et Millau, Star Wine List, and Terres de Vins, offers a wide selection of nearly 600 organic, biodynamic, and natural wines, featuring wines from winegrowers of all price ranges, with nearly half of the wines sourced from within the 1,000 km radius of the Loire.


Behind the Auberge des Isles are Adrien and Guillaume Pire, winemakers at Château de Fosse Sèche, Aymeric Hillaire of Domaine Mélaric, and entrepreneur-restaurateur Romain Amblard (Service Compris, formerly of the restaurant Le Puy à Vins).
